Favourite Quote and your interpretation of it? =)

Let me think about this one and I’ll post a reply shortly.

It’s a verse from the Quran. It says “in every hardship there is ease.” I used to think this verse meant that in every difficulty, ease will eventually follow. This is also true. But through experience, I realized that the verse also meant that in every hardship, ease comes with it. And they come in pair. Together. It is when you feel difficulty in life that you reach out to your lord. That’s ease.

abuhanifah:

'Arafa, it is the second day of hajj pilgrimage, at dawn of this day, Muslim pilgrims will make their way from Mina to a nearby hillside and plain called Mount Arafa and the Plain of Arafa.

This is a reminder to inform you that tomorrow Friday the 3rd of October is the day of Arafah. The Prophet Muhammad(ﷺ) said “Fasting on the day of Arafah (9th DhuI-Hijja) expiates the sins of the preceding year & the coming year.” (Muslim) So don’t forget to fast أنا شاء الله !
